The GymAware FLEX is an advanced barbell tracker specifically designed for Velocity Based Training (VBT). How the product works

The FLEX uses a laser optics system to track the movement of the barbell during exercises. The device easily attaches to the barbell and communicates wirelessly with the FLEX Stronger app on your iOS or Android device. During each repetition, the FLEX automatically detects the movement, measures parameters such as speed, force, and distance, and provides instant feedback via the app. This hands-free experience allows athletes to fully concentrate on their workout without distraction.
