We do our best to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below, you can read what to expect regarding delivery times and shipping.

Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the product and its inventory status. The expected delivery time is clearly stated on each product page.

In stock? Then your order will usually ship within 1–2 business days.
Out of stock or if you have a specific request, the delivery time will be longer. You'll find this information in the product description.

If you ordered multiple products, we'll use the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping with UPS
As soon as your order is ready to ship, we'll send it with UPS . UPS is a reliable parcel service that guarantees fast delivery and careful handling of your package.

After ordering, you'll automatically receive a track & trace code , allowing you to track your shipment online via the UPS website. This way, you'll always know when to expect your order.

Postage costs
For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge a standard shipping rate of €4.95 per order. Some products or promotions may have different shipping costs. This will be clearly stated at checkout.

Shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium
We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium as standard. Need an order delivered to a different country? Please contact us to discuss the options.
